All sales are final and we do not accept returns due to change of mind. damage not described we offer a full refund once item returned within 7 days.
Delivery & Pick up
Pick up is from 247 Melville Road, Brunswick West 3055. Please check opening hours or prearrange a pick up time. Pick up of all goods within 14 days unless agreed to prior to purchase. Storage fees will apply for uncollected items.
Delivery Melbourne Metro
We can arrange delivery within Melbourne for a fee, please ask for a quote, price varies depending on size of item and your location. Please send your postcode and suburb name when requesting a quote. Help unloading items is required in most cases, all delivery quotes are based on roadside drop off unless otherwise arranged.
Interstate couriers
We use reliable third party couriers for interstate deliveries, please ask for a quote. The companies we use are not affiliated with us so any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Delivery fees are paid directly to the delivery company. Please send your suburb name and postcode when requesting a quote.
If you choose to use your own courier please ensure clear communication from yourself and your courier as we have limited times of availability - we don’t offer a wrapping service.
